Journey to Executive Coaching
Before taking up the career of a full-time CEO coach, Vivek decided to become an entrepreneur so that he could understand the challenges of businesses firsthand and connect at a deeper level with those who run them. He founded Water Productions which produced superhit songs, covered Sunburn festival and worked with leading brands like BMW, Oppo, Airtel, ICICI Lombard, Zomato in over fifty countries. A project led by him was also featured on the cover page of India Today magazine.
Later he designed and managed election campaigns for a leading political party and had the privilege of guiding the Prime Minister’s communication to the masses.
In order to fight his insecurities and discover true meaning of life, he went on a pilgrimage in the Himalayas. After living the life of a monk, he summarised his learnings in a book called ‘By the Flowing River’ that became a national bestseller and was later published by Pan Macmillan.
Vivek also co-founded India’s most advanced public speaking program ‘Master the Stage’ where he trains speakers for TED talks.
Vivek has also been a member of Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Currently, he is seen as a top executive coach globally.
Most of his clients are presidents, vice presidents and C-suite professionals including CFOs, CIOs, SISOs, CHROs and CTOs from all over the world.
